Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Article 1 — Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on the Affisell marketplace by consumer Buyers (natural persons acting outside their professional activity), subject to legal exceptions.

Article 2 — Right of withdrawal (14 days)

2.1. In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

2.2. Exceptions (non-exhaustive list): customized goods, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, unsealed recordings, services fully performed before the end of the period with express agreement.

2.3. To exercise this right, the Buyer opens a request from their order space or contacts support via contact@affisell.com.

Article 3 — Return procedures

3.1. Unless non-conformity is attributable to the Supplier, return shipping costs may remain borne by the Buyer, unless a contrary provision is displayed.

3.2. The product must be returned in its original condition, with accessories and packaging where reasonable.

Article 4 — Refund

4.1. The refund is processed on the gross price actually paid by the Buyer (including standard delivery charges where applicable), within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

4.2. The refund is processed via Stripe to the original payment method where possible.

Article 5 — Commission clawback

5.1. In the event of a validated full or partial refund:

• the Supplier bears the wholesale refund and proportional affiliate commissions;
• the Affiliate sees their earnings clawed back pro rata to the refunded amount;
• the Affisell commission is adjusted pro rata to the refunded net base excluding VAT.

5.2. If a payout has already been made, Affisell may offset against future flows or request a refund via Stripe Connect.

Article 6 — Non-conformity and legal warranties

Legal warranties of conformity (Art. L217-4 French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Art. 1641 French Civil Code) apply. The Supplier is primarily responsible; Affisell facilitates mediation.
