1. Seller, curator partner and Affisell's role

Affisell SAS (123 rue du Commerce, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, SIRET 913XXXXXX000XX) operates the Affisell platform.

For each order:

  • the product sales contract is between you (the customer) and the Supplier identified on the product page;
  • any Affiliate / creator partner acts as a commercial curator (product selection and presentation via their storefront) and is not the seller of the goods;
  • Affisell acts as agent and technical intermediary (payment, invoicing, mediation).

Affisell is not the seller of the goods unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Prices, VAT and invoicing

Prices displayed include applicable VAT at the time of order when the "VAT included" notice appears on the product page. VAT is calculated according to the buyer's country (Stripe Tax or equivalent). The selling Supplier remains responsible for tax obligations. The invoice is issued in the name of Affisell SAS as billing intermediary or according to the tax rules applicable to the Supplier. Delivery charges, where applicable, are indicated before payment validation.

3. Payment

Payment is made online via Stripe (bank card and compatible payment methods). The order is confirmed only after payment acceptance by the banking institution.

4. Delivery — indicative timeframes

Products offered on Affisell frequently originate from warehouses located in Asia or Europe. Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, the estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days from order confirmation, excluding force majeure, customs inspection, or stock shortage. A tracking number is provided when the Supplier ships it.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days — EU)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the product is defective, non-compliant, or applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return (or agreement on proof of defect), the refund is processed to the original payment method, within 14 days, in accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code. Initial delivery charges may be refunded according to cases provided by law.

You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (EU Directive 2011/83) and, where applicable, the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of a proven defect, contact support with photos; a solution (exchange, refund without return for small amounts) may be offered according to our returns policy.

8. Disputes and mediation

In the event of a complaint, first contact support@affisell.com. Failing amicable resolution, you may use consumer mediation (art. L612-1 et seq.) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (EU Regulation 524/2013). The competent court remains that provided for by applicable law rules, subject to mandatory protective provisions for consumers in your country of residence.
