Affisell+ Programme

The Affisell+ badge distinguishes suppliers who maintain a high level of service over a 90-day sliding window.

1) Automatic Criteria

The badge is automatically awarded when the following three conditions are met:

• Average rating > 4.6 / 5
• Dispute rate < 1.5 %
• Shipping rate within 48h > 95 %

These metrics are recalculated daily through a scheduled process.

2) Calculation Method

• Average rating : average of reviews published related to the supplier's orders.
• Dispute rate : ratio of orders that generated a non-rejected return/dispute file.
• 48h shipping SLA : proportion of paid orders shipped within 48 hours.

3) Award and Withdrawal

• The badge is visible only in the interface (product cards, product pages, ambassador hub).
• The award is not contractual or definitive.
• If the metrics fall below the thresholds, the badge can be automatically withdrawn at the next recalculation.

4) Transparency

Affisell maintains an internal history of recalculation (timestamp, metrics, status) to ensure traceability and continuous improvement of the programme.
